Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions.

2. Free Trial

If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at the selected plan rate.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • Unused lead credits remain available until the end of the billing period
  • Paused credit balances expire after 30 days of account inactivity

4. Lead Credit Refunds

Professionals may dispute leads 3-10 days after delivery if the lead is spam, for a wrong service area, or wrong service type. Approved disputes result in credits restored to your account, not monetary refunds.

5. Dispute Process

To dispute a lead, use the dispute option in your dashboard within 3-10 days of receiving the lead. Our team reviews all disputes and you will be notified of the outcome.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances such as billing errors or service outages caused by Nearleap, we may issue refunds at our discretion. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@nearleap.com with your account details and reason for the request.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

9. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe, Inc. Summit Painting Services LLC is the seller of record for all transactions. For payment-specific inquiries, contact support@nearleap.com.
