1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nearleap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Nearleap is a marketplace connecting service professionals with clients seeking home and professional services. We facilitate connections but do not employ professionals or guarantee the quality of services performed.

3. User Accounts

To use the platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

Nearleap offers various subscription plans for professionals with different features and lead credits. You will be charged according to the subscription plan you select, with payment due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe to Nearleap, Stripe processes your payment, handles sales tax collection, and manages billing on our behalf. Summit Painting Services LLC is the seller of record for all transactions. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing: https://stripe.com/legal

6. Operating Entity

Nearleap is operated by Summit Painting Services LLC. References to "Nearleap," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Summit Painting Services LLC.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Professionals may dispute invalid leads 3-10 days after delivery for credit. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, submit false information, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent payment for services. Violations may result in account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nearleap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for the actions or services of professionals on the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nearleap — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Summit Painting Services LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nearleap and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through informal negotiation by contacting support@nearleap.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Privacy

Your use of Nearleap is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Changes to Terms

Nearleap may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
